In what's sure to make for heated discussion amongst Land Rover purists, the long awaited update to the Defender has finally surfaced in concept form. The DC100 explores the potential future of the iconic Defender with a modern take of the 4x4's utilitarian, purpose-driven design. The concept ignites a four-year plan for the company to create the perfect, modern-day Defender for the 21st century. Lets just hope Land Rover finally brings the good ol' Defender back stateside. I don't like the grill, it looks borrowed from a Range Rover Sport or Freelander. If this is where Project Icon is heading to I might as well stick to the 2010 edition or 2011 Vilner edition of the Land Rover Defender.
